We planned to stay here again in August and Sept 09. We have stayed multiple times. When attempting to make a special requests reservation with the campground office, I encountered an extremely rude agent, who made it plain I would not receive consideration from him, long before I completed my request. (I had already been prepped by the central reservations office that I might not get what I needed.) Do not even attempt to arrange adjacent sites if Steve answers the phone. Call again later and speak to someone else. We stay 5 to 10 nights a year at this campground and enjoy the park. Yep, you have to clean everything after you leave to remove the dust, but spring is better than summer.

We planned on one night and stayed 5 nights. Great forest and river campground with water sewer and electric hookups and nice level blacktop pads with comfortable space between sites. Camp hosts and Rangers were great. You can get Satellite reception if you chose the site carefully. Stick those bounce sheets in your pocket and the mosquitoes will not be too bad.
